Projects

Every project, one file.

Schedule, value, lift data, crew and paperwork — the whole job in one record everyone works from.

The workflow runs the job

Five stages, each with its own sign-off.

A delivery runs from dismantling to handover, and every stage carries its own owner, its own requirements and its own sign-off. A stage can be blocked with a named reason — material, access, weather — and the crew's “finished” from the site becomes the office's confirmation, not a phone call.

Inspections with proof

Checklists, photos and signatures.

Stage checklists are worked through item by item — pass, fail or not applicable. A failed item opens a correction with its photo, signing unlocks only once every item is checked, and the sign-off happens on the screen it belongs to.

The paperwork writes itself

Versioned reports from recorded work.

Five report kinds live on the project, from installation to completion. Each one is generated from what was actually recorded, stamped with a version, previewed as the finished page — and unlocked as its stage finishes.

The file carries the rest

Value, documents and team — on the project.

The value, split by phase

Contract value and planned hours are broken down phase by phase — and the file says out loud what is not yet assigned.

Documents stay on the project

Drawings, site photos and the rest live in category bands on the file — with per-file control over what a subcontractor gets to see.

The crew, with the proof attached

Project manager, own crew and the contractor stand on one list — each with the certifications the stage requires.
