Privacy notice

This is a plain information website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies' servers. Its one form — the contact form — sends what you enter to us by email and nowhere else. Nothing you type into the assistant window on the homepage is sent anywhere — the page answers it with a sentence of its own. What is left is described below.

This website is hosted by Webtasy d.o.o. (Domenca), Dunajska cesta 110, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Like every web server, it records each request in a log file: the requesting IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and the browser and operating system reported. We do not combine these entries with other data and do not use them to identify individual visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The entries are deleted after 7 days. The host processes them on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

If you use the contact form, what you enter — your name, company, country, team size, email address and message — is sent over an encrypted connection to our host's server, which delivers it to our mailbox; the website itself stores nothing. If you write or call instead, we likewise process what you send us. In both cases the purpose is answering your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract or its preparation, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence until the matter is settled, and longer where commercial or tax law requires it.

The homepage carries a preview of Vertik's assistant that you can type into. It is part of the page, not a connection to anything: what you type stays in your browser, is answered with a sentence written into the page, and is never transmitted, logged or stored. No server, no AI model and no third party is involved, and reloading the page discards it.

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising and no social media plugin. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this site's own domain, so opening a page tells nobody but our host your IP address. That is also why you are never asked for consent: there is nothing to consent to.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• information about the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• receiving your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR)
• objecting to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) — for us that is the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).

We update this notice whenever the site changes what it does with data. The version on this page is the current one, and the date above it is the day it last changed.
