Cowork
Cowork is the same assistant with its hands free. Give it a task — prepare a handover, chase the documents missing before an inspection — and it writes a plan, works through it, and reports what it did.
It uses the same tools your team uses, so everything it creates is an ordinary task or document that anyone can open, edit or undo. Nothing it changes is hidden, and runs you want to approve by hand stay that way.

FAQ
Which data can the assistant see?
Only your own company's, and within that only what your role already opens. It runs the same permission checks as the rest of Vertik, so it cannot read a project you could not open yourself.
Does it change anything without asking?
Chat never changes anything — it only reads. Cowork can create and update tasks, and can be set so that every run waits for manual approval. Everything it does is an ordinary record with an author and a history.
What happens to what I type?
It goes to the AI provider your company has configured, and nowhere else. The assistant can be switched off for the whole company in settings.
Does it need setting up or training?
It needs a key for your company's AI provider and a switch in settings. There is no separate model to train and nothing to upload: it reads what Vertik already holds.
How reliable are the hour figures?
They are recorded rather than estimated — clocked shifts mapped onto workflow stages. Where one shift covers several stages, Vertik splits it by the weights you set, and the assistant says when it did.
